What is the Safety and Efficiency Agreement?
The Safety and Efficiency Maintenance Agreement takes peace of mind to a new level. Customers under this agreement receive two service calls each year - one service for your cooling system(s) and one service for your heating system(s). The services include filter changes, pressure checks, and cleaning of internal parts.
Additionally, Maintenance Agreement holders receive 10% OFF parts and labor for the remainder of the year should your unit require any additional work.
